As a Subscriber User, I want to edit failed or rejected ads in a deployed order and redeploy the corrections

            Description

            Estimate is set to zero (was 13) - the impact point are distributed within the new tasks.

            The order goes into "Deployed" state if there are only ad rejections (during or post deployment (other error, e.g. keyword, system, etc. will bring the order to an Error state). Related to AML-2351, Partner Support is informed of this rejection and can work with the Subscriber to fix it.

            The fact that the order remains in Deployed state (instead of Error) will allow end user to create a new order, edit the ads for resolution and redeploy.

            This story is predicated on the order not going into the ERROR state for some other reason unrelated to ad errors.
