As a Partner Support User, I want to receive periodic/daily updates that show me what merchants have failed or rejected ads grouped by AML subscriber stack.

            Description

            Error info from Google regarding post deployment disapproved ads are packaged for each Subscriber stack, after running a utility that collects this error info. (AML-2065)

            Partner Support team has strongly requested that we keep all disapproved ads for all merchants within a subscriber in ONE email, rather than one email per Merchant.

            Partner support does not need to go into AML UI
