            Description

            as part of on-boarding process for a subscriber, tech ops can configure the subscriber's requested minimum account level budget value so that users can deploy orders that meet the minimum account level budget, which may include AML campaigns that don't have any estimated traffic, regardless of the individual AML campaign estimated traffic contribution.

            Default is set to 0.
