TSA User can view Ad Activity Status and Ad Approval Status in Ad Level Leads report

            Description

            TSA User needs Ad Activity and Ad Approval status values. It is understood that these values are not historical.

            We don't need to include the temporary states for PENDING_APPROVAL and UNDER_REVIEW. We will use an optimistic prediction algorithm (OPA) which would assume the ads will be approved.

            All approval statuses are here, and we only need APPROVED and DISAPPROVED to show in the report.
