Description
DEMO: user schedules a start date for an order that has Bing enabled (clicks Schedule Deploy) and the deployed order will apply to both G and B distributions. That is, user cannot schedule an order to deploy for Bing and not Google or vice versa.
This includes scheduling end date as well as start date.
