Subscriber user can select BAs and Locations from the taxonomies that will apply to Bing or to any network

DEMO: when user clicks the + button, they can see BA and Location taxonomies that display what is available to both Bing and Google. The taxonomies will be identical for G and B for the UI.

Any AML campaign (BA+Location pairs) selected will apply to both B and G (assuming Bing is not opted out).

That is, user cannot select BA1+Loc1 for Bing and BA2+Loc2 for Google.

this is more of back end work, although the UI may look the same.
