Save button shouldn't be enabled while editing a merchant until a change is made.

IF you go into the merchant list and select a merchant, you see all of the merchant details and the save button is enabled. You can click the save button without making any changes and see, through tomcat logs, that each time you click it, the merchant is being rewritten. We should either disable the button until a change is made or at least not send and update to the db unless changes were made.
