Mike is reporting this:
We pulled day of week data on 4/3 and then again today on 4/10. (Report
Type: Viking River Cruises, Account, Day of Week). In the last week the
ROI/Rev/GM $ columns seem to have been added breaking our programming.
We need to decipher which is the correct way it should report.

I think the problem is for CPA accounts we never used to show those columns
but now this setting in Account Management is being ignored. Open question .....
