Hello,
I'm hoping this makes its way to Bill.
I would like to request access to refcd/tsacr information. I would like
to be able to associate costs and other metrics with the refcd and tsacr
codes that I am seeing in my Sitespect data.
In speaking with Carl, it came to be understood that this data is
collected but not readily accessible in the Client Control Center.
Perhaps it is as simple as adding a refcd and tsacr column in the CCC or
it might involve other means through which I can access it on a regular
basis. In any case, he advised me to start a ticket and keep him in the
conversation.
