BM on prod: unable to mark keywords disabled in interactive BM

            Description

            on the CSC account in prod, there are 11 keywords that are enabled. I unchecked
            2 and submitted the changes.

            Check the bid history, and nothing is there. Went back to interactive, and they
            are still enabled. I tried this several times.
