Generating a creative file on prod build 71 leads to blank page

I'm in the CSC account, Creative Mgmt > Creative File Generation
I tried to generate a creative file for all three SEs individually - tried
different "descriptions"
They all lead to a page that had a link "clear buffer" but the rest of the page
is blank.
The "download" link leads to the same page.
