Description
On Prod, with the legalzoom account, you can see that the alert elements filter
is not picking up Ask Jeeves where reporting does.
I realize the reporting filter bar list all distributions that ever had data,
but alerts triggered for this distribution on 10/6. (I will put in a separate
bug for the issue that it triggered without being a selected element.)
