Scheduled reports: one user can see anothers scheduled reports in scheduled reporting

            Description

            Login in as tsamove1 in production. Go to Performance Reports->View Report

            Schedule->Account Scheduled Reports. Click on SR-365 - the link to the left for

            the report configuration. Viola - a list of TSA customers that this user should

            have no access too. Access to the report itself does appear to be restricted.
