This help text on the the New Keyword Settings page, needs to be changed:
What is the minimum bid you would like AdMax to set for new keywords?
AdMax Minimum Bid is used as a lowest bid constraint when AdMax is enabled.
Regardless of the calculated recommended bid the actual bid maximum that will be
transmitted to the Search Engines will not be higher than this value.
The text refers to the maximum, not the minimum, and should read this way:
What is the minimum bid you would like AdMax to set for new keywords?
