            Description

            test with a user that has only read permission

            expected result - only reporting tab would be displayed in SEM

            Actual- Account, creative, bidding, and reporting are displayed.

            Account, creative, and bidding should be removed from SEM. Also, the settings
            tab under home should be removed.
