Fractional count and Weight need to be made clear in product dialog

            Description

            If the fractional count is set to no, and the weight is set to 0%, its unclear
            if that product is going to be counted or not. Right now the product is not
            counted.

            If the fractional count is for display purposes only, that should be noted.
            If the fractional count is linked to the weight, the weight should be disabled
            unless fractional count is set to Yes.
