Dashboard: bar chart shows bar for 0?

            Description

            I ran report 21285, for the O&O account on staging. If you look at rows 43- 47
            (highlighted in the attached) you see for conversions 3 dates with '0' and 2
            dates with'1'.

            When charting this I was only expecting to bar on the chart, and I got three.
