            Description

            In Account Setup Wizard->Bid Management->Advanced Settings chance Low Click
            Handling to Custom. Do not click out of the drop down. You will be unable to
            click into 'Please enter a number'.

            If you click out of the drop down, you can click into the 'Please enter a
            number', but it really should be enabled as soon as you change the value to custom.
