Search Engine data: hangs in previous days data keep new days from running

On a number of occasions over the past few months, the yahoo
searchEngineSummarizer process has hung for one day. This prevents the next day
from starting without manual intervention on someone's part. It also has the bad
habit of happening on weekends which effects my Monday mood in a negative way as
it effects Frank's weekend mode in a negative way.

According to Mr. Theroux:

There is a known deadlock issue with object pool/database pool which
happens occasionally.

and more than just Yahoo is effected. Please get this fix on someone's list
post-Yell if you can Jeff. If this were to happen for Google, it would rise
beyond the level of annoyance.....
