Description
The reportservices calls to submitRequest out in LA do not provide a description
and thus NULL gets added to the description field. This NULL description means
that getUserReports never returns a status in the current build for any of
Abhi's reports and his system out in LA will not work. As a workaround, he will
now be providing a description in submitRequest.
