Alerts 2: Email is missing color on the last level of each alert item

            Description

            Spec: Use a different color for the last level on each alert item. If a
            keyword alert, color the keyword line. If an adgroup, then color the adgroup
            line.

            right now, only keyword is colored. If adgroup or campaign is the lowest
            level, they dont get colored.
