Account Setup: Disabling an account does not disable search engine user

            Description

            Printrunner was disabled but the numbers were generating a log in error for
            Yahoo because the AM had not disabled the search engine login. When an account
            is disabled, search engine users should be disabled except when in use by
            another account. I thought that was the behavior but that does not seem to be
            the case.
