      Description

      On 5/7, the search engine user for MSN MyPhone for Google was deleted by the
      system according to the logging table:

      On that data the account and searchEngineUser appeared to have been active as
      there was data in the account through 5/6. This left orphan
      searchEngineAccounts. Fixed by re-inserting the data but bad because these
      should not just disappear when actively in use.
