Description
Turning on auto Yahoo tracking urls on Yahoo ends up giving the CCC overture
tracking hits even without refcd. Overture is gone. This is a problem:
1) when a client is running a campaign in parallel to ours with tracking urls on
2) when we are running one and an AM accidentally turns these one.
