Pixel playback: pixel playback creating phantom fulfillment cost in CCC

whihc shows that same cost but Ffej says is search engine cost?

THe real bug underlying this though is for October 12th I see 2.10 in
fulfillment cost for King.com for this refcd with no apparent source. Ffej
suggested there may be some confusion between search engine cost and fulfillment
cost underlying this issue. For October 12th there is a total of 2.10 of
fulfillment cost associated with this refcd (report attached). Pixel register
product shows 7 conversions which would mean fulfillment cost could be being
calculated as pixel registrations times the cost to get this number?
