Bella Feed: yesterday/today data not generating appt and lead

            Description

            I ran the attached this morning with:

            refdate="2009-11-24" && $DIR/load-diff-bellapics.sh $debug --skip-clean
            --force-all-dates && $DIR/client-whsumm.sh $debug --date 2009-11-23 --script
            $DIR/load-bellapics.sh --end 2009-11-25

            And ended with 2 appt on staging. Given that today is the 24th I would have
            expected an appt and lead.

            I was diffing against an empty file
