Description
From Nov 26th-Nov 29th, there were no changes to this account but when you look
at the attached sync log from the 29th, pretty clearly we synced something. If

Note that the lastChecked data is NULL so I think the code thinks it needs a
sync. However, it is also marked deleted so it never needs to sync ....
Not sure if that is the root of problem so I am including the whole log.
