Pixel hourly data incorrect

As an example. run a report by Channel/hour for Avalon Bay for 12/8. You can see
midnight to one get all the data for the Internal links and Organic Bookmarks
Type Ins. If you look at the log files, there are only 633 pixel clicks when
report over 7000 during that hour. I think reporting some channels all in the
first hour is the issue. This also distorts click totals across the account when
run by hour. It does not seem to effect the Paid Search channel though that
should be confirmed
