TBB & PBB: Editing w/o "Cancel" or "OK" copies values from last dialog into new dialog

            Description

            Client-PC p25-r24098

            If you do not press "cancel" or "OK" (if you simply close out of the dialog),
            when you go to open another dialog (edit another bid or create a new bid) the
            data from the dialog you closed out of will appear.

            CSC Acct.
            TBB: Edit bid "Monday"
            Close dialog by clicking on the red X at top right.
            Choose "Create Bid Strategy"
            Notice the cells will not be blank.
