Upon fixing ADMAX-1419, I discovered another, more serious bug.
I sorted by Under Min descending and noticed that the first row was blank. I
ran a BM report and saw that the row actually contains a value for Under Min.
For some reason it is not showing up but its presence is recognized (b/c it
includes it in the sort).
Also noticed this happens for Over Cap.
