Description
Jeff and team,
I just spoke to Carl about this, and since Eventum is down, I decided to send
this issue direct.
It appears AdMax’s calculation of Google Quality Score is including content
keywords (0 value) in the average calculation of aggregate Quality Score. For
example, the account level Quality Score for an account through AdMax is 3.7;
however, looking at only the Search Network it should be 5.5.
Sample data can be found in the following reports: R-187-2222 (Search Only) and
R-187-2221 (Search and Content).
This is deflating QS reporting for all accounts that are running both Google
Search and Content Networks. Account team, it is important to note this with
your clients that look at QS through AdMax.
Thanks,
Ranil
