Description
The field is calculating it's percent value incorrectly. For example is the MTD
Spend is 90, and the expected value is 100, it's coming up with a percent value
of 90, instead of .9
This is also impacting the calculation of Projected Monthly Spend, as they are
off by a factor of 100 as well.
