Spider: spider crawl is not case sensitive

Test Env: client-pc.ri.thesearchagency.com

Prerequisites:
Create two files in "/spider/a" directory as "root.htm,ROOT.htm"

Steps:
1. Log into AdMax application.
2. Navigate to SEO section, click on "Spider"
3. Enter a valid URL to spider say
"http://pvwb-of1pvd0010.ri.thesearchagency.com/gurpreet/Spider/a"
4. Spider the URL and download the generated ADR report

Expected Result:
Both the URL's with small and capital letters should be spidered as both are
different pages

Actual Result:
The ADR shows that only the URL in capital letters
"http://pvwb-of1pvd0010.ri.thesearchagency.com/gurpreet/Spider/a/ROOT.htm" is
spidered
