            Description

            When I am logged into the same account with 2 different users, the account
            information can become stale after a change.

            Steps:
            1. log in as jclarke on IE
            2. log in as jclarke on FF
            3. Make a change to the performance metric (CPA/ROI) with FF
            4. Check the bulk settings page with both IE and FF
            – you will see that FF and IE are using different performance metrics.
