            Description

            1) Set a target ROI of 1000 in Interactive BM
            2) Save
            3) Set a a target ROI for a different word of 1 in a screen that makes the
            targetROI visible.
            4) Attempt to save. You will get an error that the , in 1000 is illegal in the
            number. The , was actually inserted by our code though.
