Description
The MTDSpendPercent and MTDSpendDiff columns in the UI are still being
aggregated by using MTDSpendTarget's value instead of yesterdayExpectedSpend. As
this happens in aggregation, it affects BT/BF levels; to see the difference,
view a BF with a single campaign in it; the campaign-level will have the correct
values, but the BF will have the incorrect values.
