Yahoo API: Turning Content off at campaign level not working

In the Yahoo UI, I went in and turned the Content match off for "Jenne
testing' campaign, at the campaign level. (This setting is changed
in 'campaign settings', Content Match Status: Off)

Ran a sync: ./seupdate.sh -d4 --accounts --groups --listings --distribution
164 -a 17 2> /tmp/jelliott_yahoosync

After the sync completed, I checked the Admax UI for the expected result
of 'Yahoo Content Network' row being removed from both adgoups in the BM. The
actual result is both Content rows are appearing in the Admax UI.

I have taken a screenshot of Both the Yahoo UI and the Admax BM UI. I will
leave the log file from the sync untouched on staging.
