            Description

            I changed the Sponsored search bid at the adgroup level for CSC >> headsets >>
            Law driving cell. the change was from .10 to .13.

            After the sync, the CCC shows .10 and .11 for 2 keywords in this adgroup. The
            expected result was both keywords would show a bid of .13 in the CCC

            CXF tsa-build-bidmgr-2009-04-21-p15-r22156 is on staging.
