I changed CSC >> Yahoo >> Developer Tests >> KevTest1 >> test to .15 from .10
in the interactive BM, and then ran this:
/usr/local/tsa/bidmgr/sebidmgr.sh -d3 --search --content --bid --distribution
164 --marked -a 17
nothing updated on Yahoo
Tested on CXF tsa-build-bidmgr-2009-04-21-p15-r22156 on staging.
