Description
As Findwhat does not have a concept of categories or groups, there is a 1-to-1
relationship between TSA Findwhat SearchEngineUsers and SearchEngineAccounts.
As such, the current getAccounts() method simply creates a single artificial
seAccountRow with an 'OK' status, requiring inactive or on hold search engines
to be disabled by the user or DBA.
