            Description

            Test: Edit bids on keywords with search and content enabled (Content relevant
            across the entire network)

            Changed in Adwords: Account 17 >> Campaign 4 >> test-- changed 'cell' from .02
            to .05, chagned keyword defult bid to .07 from .02; added
            placement 'eweek.com', changed content bid .10 from auto

            Result: No changes were made in the CCC after running a sync twice.
