            Description

            Test: Edit bids on keywords with search and content enabled (Content relevant
            pages only)

            Expected result: Keywords and placements are biddable

            change made in Adwords: Account 17 >> Campaign 7 >> Test 1- added
            placement 'woot.com'; changed keyword 'cell phone' from .21 to .20

            Actual result: no changes were made in the CCC
