BM: unexpected keyword with content match type after sync

I ran a BM report on staging before I started testing. BM-30023

Fist I ran a sync on build 68 to reproduce bug ADMAX-2275. I was able to reproduce the bug, and only content rows were showing up in BM.

Then I ran a sync with build 73 (which had the fix for ADMAX-2275). After running that, I got both search and content rows, but there was an extra row, a keyword with content match type and no Cur bid. Like this:

The last row was not expected.
