Yell budgeting tool: 'MTD Spend Diff' is negitive at the BF level and postive at the campaign level

There is only one campaign in the BF that Im looking at, so the values should be the same at both levels.

However, the MTD Spend diff is -2.243.01 at the BF level, and 2,243.01 for the campaign.
