STAT: Submit button enabled for invalid filter conditions

Steps:

1. Log into Admax

2. Navigate to SEM -> Accounts, click on STAT Costs

3. In the "STAT Costs" tool select the "Date Range" filter as "Custom Date Range"

4. Select the "End Date" as 14-June-2010

5. Now set the "Start Date" as 15-June-2010 by clicking on "Today" in calendar

=> It shows a warning message as "The date in this field must be before 6/14/10" as expected

6. Now click on the Submit button

Actual Result:

The STAT tool tries to load the data and shows as "No Data" as the filter is invalid

Expected Result:

The "Submit" button should be disabled when there are warnings due to invalid filter conditions. The "Today" option in the calendar can be disabled when the end date selected is before the current date
