STAT: Nested exceptions in running Warehouse Summarizer

            Description

            Steps:

            1. As tsaapp user, in staging-xml1 - /var/local/builds/position_reporting/tsa-build-bidmgr-2010-06-15-p87-r26349 folder

            2. Run ./statpull.sh -d4

            3. Then run "./whsumm.sh --position --highgran --date 2010-06-20 -d4"

            4. And run ./whsumm.sh --lowgran -d4

            Observation:

            1. After step-2 , Observed in the "Warehouse Summarizer for Position Data" phase, that it throws nested exceptions due to "mysql.jdbc.CommunicationsException: Communications link failure due to underlying exception"

            2. Also observed the same exception after step 3 and 4 (attached screenshot and exception details)

            Note:

            In "Home -> Data Availability" section, observed there are no data under the STAT WH column in Data Availability Summary table options
