ADR: Filename of report does not include the domain name

            Description

            The Architecture Diagnostic Report Excel file generated by the system has a filename that does not include the domain name the report was run for.

            Our users have requested we change the format to have the domain name (without periods since those are problematic on some OS filesystems), that it's an ADR, the date, and the report ID, as follows:

            Note that there is a related bug ADMAX-2270 which it would be ideal to fix as well:

            Filename when saving by clicking email is different -

            The downloaded ADR carries the report name with a time stamp as "192.168.20.119634110463855816370.xls
