Description
Background: When Google is selected as a distribution, other distributions are not supposed to be also selectable as bid targets, this also implies that if other distributions are selected, then Google must be filtered out from being selected.
Problem: When editing an existing TBB strategy the TBB code never detects if Google is included in the strategies bid targets. This means for TBB strategies that are created with Google bid targets the rule about Google separation is broken.
What happens when you edit a TBB strategy with Google targets is you either get an blank page on the second page of the 'Add New Keywords' wizard pages (due to an SQL error), or you are presented with non-Google targets. You will get a blank page if the account has Google as it's only distribution. You will be presented with non-Google targets if the account is distributions other than Google.
