STAT: Data is not loaded for "Custom Date Range" filter conditions

1. Log into Admax

2. Navigate to SEM -> Accounts, click on STAT Costs

3. In the "STAT Costs" tool select the "Date Range" filter as "Last 7 Days"

=> the data is displayed form date "20-july-2010" to "25-july-2010"

4. Now in the "STAT Costs" tool select the "Date Range" filter as "Custom Date Range"

5. Select the "Start Date" as "20-july-2010" and "End Date" as "25-july-2010"

6. Now click on the Submit button

Actual Result:

The STAT tool tries to load the data and shows as "No Data" (screenshot attached)

Expected Result:

The STAT tool must show the same data that is retrieved after step#3
