Spanish keyword testing: BM filter bars wont load / HTML interactive reports dont display

There are 2 issues where the Interactive BM wont load.

Account - TSA- Martian Tourism

1. The filter bar wont load. I checked several accounts, and TSA- Martian Tourism is the only one not to load.

3. Bulk settings

2. The Interactive report will wont load with accents.

Steps:

1. Even though the filter bar wont load, click make request and include disabled keywords.

2. The first 10 rows appear, none of which have accents.

3. Move to the next page of 10 rows (there are expected accents on this page)

4. The page wont load.
